Recruitment for Analyst and Associate

Description	Advisory services for corporate acquisitions, mergers, alliances, business transfers, business alliances, and organizational restructuring Advisory services relating to financial strategies Marketing, proposal and execution related to the above services M&A market research, preparation of presentation materials, corporate valuation, etc.
Conditions/Benefit	Employment type：Full-Time Working Hour：Weekdays 09:00a.m.～05:00p.m. ✔Flexible hours is available Holidays：Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays, Annual paid vacations, Year-end and New Year vacations, Other paid leave for personal matters as determined by a company Commuting compensation：Provided in accordance with company regulations

Requirements	[Required] Educational background: bachelor’s or master’s degree Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in M&A related business Specific M&A related business experience may include any of the following Business investment experience in trading companies M&A experience in corporate planning sections Experience in strategic or general consulting firms M&A advisory experience in investment banks, boutique, or securities companies Experience in FAS ✔Other backgrounds are also welcome.
